Design and quality of italian doors are well know and appreciated all over the world.
SoloPORTE Inc. is a NY based store that offers you exclusive interior italian doors made in Italy. Unless otherwise is noted, we proudly confirm that the italian doors we carry made in Italy, on italian factory by italians.
All of our in-stock items available.
However all orders are the subject to availability. If you placed an order that becomes partitially or fully unavailable we we'll deliver the complete order as soon as it becomes newly available at the warehouse.
You are responsible for measuring your door opening and matching it to the door description, and making sure your order will fit through doorways, stairways, into elevators, etc. Please read our refund policy.
SoloPORTE, Inc. reserves a right to cancel any order at any time, with refunding you a 100% of your money.

Warranty
SoloPORTE, Inc does not offer any warranty for the items that we sell, since we do not actually produce it. Warranty is given by a manufacturer.
Barausse doors are covered under a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Additional warranty information is usually included in packaging. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this product's warranty.

Colors Policy
We can not guarantee that the color on the picture would 100% match with the actual color of the item. There are reasons beyond our power for that:
We have pictures from very different factories, i.e. sources. All pictures are made by different photographers at different times. Some pictures are more bright, some slightly lack color in some channel, etc. In practice that means colors may differ.
Pictures look different on different computers. Every monitor is adjusted the own way. Older monitors give darker and warmer picture.
If color on the image and color in description seem like different to you it is better to believe color descriptions, than colors that you see on the picture (like if you see cherish with little red, and item descriptions says 'cherry', that would mean the actual color would be cherry).
We are relying on pictures and digital images provided by our suppliers. We can not accept any returns or exchanges based on color issues.

Return Policy
Only stocked product can be exchanged for another product or store credit within 5 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging. Merchandise that has been opened, altered or damaged, can not be exchanged or returned. We can not accept any returns or exchanges based on color issues.
Store credit will be redeemable for merchandise only.
All specials, custom catalog orders require 50% non-refundable deposit and cannot be canceled after 5 days.
Only manufactory defects are accepted as the reason for return.
Personal or business checks are accepted as a deposit only.
Final balance payment on delivered merchandise must be made by Credit card, Certified check, or COD.

Delivery Policy
You must accept delivery at the assigned date/time. In case you're not in home another delivery fee might be applied.
Drivers cannot handle items or furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents. If you are not ready for your delivery (no space for assembly or new furniture provided), delivery might be canceled and new delivery fee and date will be applied. Drivers cannot deliver the items if someone 18 years or older is not at home at the time of delivery.

Privacy Policy
At SoloPORTE, Inc. your privacy is extremely important to us.
The information SoloPORTE, Inc. gathers is never shared with anyone, except in connection with your order. Credit card or check information is only shared with financial institutions that process your payment. Credit card numbers and info are not stored anywhere under any circumstances. Shipping information is shared with shippers that fulfill your order.
We do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of the information you provide to us except to the financial institutions processing your payment or the shippers that produce and/or deliver your order. No third party will solicit you as a result of information within our control.
It is true that the information you provide is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. Other than these fairly extreme cases, your personal information will be shared with no one.
